Our most popular 3, & 4 week seminars include:

Body Image Workshop (3 weeks)-This three week class explores the link between food and body image.  We will tackle how to improve participants view on food and emotional attachments, improve self-talk, & learn practical skills for preventing eating disorders. Participants are required to sign confidential contract that requires all content of discussions be held private.

Practical Nutrition Tips for the Family (3 weeks)- Is getting the family to eat right a difficult task?  This 3-week seminar will help get the family back on track!  Planning ahead, portion control, getting kids involved in nutrition choices/cooking, recipe exploring, & kid friendly nutrition skills are just a few topics that are covered.  Kids Welcome!

Eat Well, Train Well (4 weeks)- Have you trained your GUT for the next triathlon?  This 4-week seminar focuses on daily eating tips for eating well to train well.  Emphasis will be placed on endurance training, pre, during, & post training nutrition.  A race day nutrition plan will be designed to ensure optimal performance!

Rev-it-Up (4 weeks)- Let’s jump start your weight loss!  This 4 week class invites participants to focus on ONE topic each week to making weight loss a lifestyle change. Food frequency, calcium, protein, liquid calories, carbohydrates/fiber, & fast food/fat will be highlighted throughout the program.

Diabetes Management (4 weeks)- Everyday 2,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus.  Diabetes can be controlled with regular exercise and diet.  This Diabetes Lunch & Learn Seminar Series is intended for those newly diagnosed and as a refresher course.  Discussion will focus on evidenced-based nutrition principles & recommendations, including basic physiology of the disease, meal planning, carbohydrate counting, label reading and integration of a daily exercise routine.
